Private house in Valmiera (2024)

A two-story residential house was built in Valmiermuiža in 2024 with a total living area of 149 m². We carried out the construction of the house, ensuring a full cycle of work - from the foundation to the key. The building is built using high-quality materials, guaranteeing durability and comfort. The project was implemented by order of a private individual, paying special attention to details and the choice of materials.

Main aspects of construction:

Earthworks: Initial preparation of the territory was carried out, including leveling the terrain and necessary height adjustments. Precise excavations were carried out in accordance with the requirements of the construction project to prepare the site for the construction of the foundation. Trenches were created for water pipes, sewer pipes and other engineering communication networks.

Foundations: Reinforced concrete strip foundations, ensuring the stability and durability of the building.

Construction: Wooden frame, built with high precision and energy efficiency.

Roof: Ranila roofing, which is durable and easy to maintain.

Facade: Decorative plaster, gives the house a modern and aesthetic look.

Terrace: There is a spacious terrace on the second floor, which offers a place to relax and a beautiful view of the surroundings.

Balconies: French balcony decoration with elegant wooden elements, which complement the design of the building.

Heating: DAIKIN air-to-water heat pump, as well as underfloor heating for even greater efficiency in heat and energy consumption.

Concreting project in Sweden (2024)

In 2024, a concreting project was successfully completed in Mönsterås, Sweden, for a leading energy company. The total area of the foundation slab was 600 m2.

Main works of the project:

Concrete foundations: Reinforced concrete foundations were constructed, including the installation of L-elements around the perimeter, laying foam, laying reinforcement mesh, pouring concrete and grinding. Formwork for the chimney and gutter foundations, bending reinforcement and pouring concrete.

Concrete walls: Reinforced concrete walls were constructed to a height of 2 meters using DOKA forms.

Earthworks in Sweden (2024)

In 2024, an infrastructure project was implemented in the city of Södertälje, Sweden, which included land preparation works for asphalt paving. The project was commissioned by the developer of an industrial building to ensure modern and functional access to the site and adequate parking infrastructure.

Main works of the project:

Earthworks: Detailed land preparation works were carried out, including excavation, leveling and compaction of the soil to create a stable foundation for the subsequent construction phases.

Pavement preparation: A pavement base was created using crushed stone, which guarantees durability and adaptability to high loads.

Parking lot marking: Parking lot marking works were carried out.

Digging a ditch in Sweden (2024)

In 2024, a project was implemented in the city of Södertälje, within the framework of which a new 80-meter-long sewage route was added to the municipal ditch. The client was the developer of a neighboring industrial building. The work was carried out with high precision, as other city communications were also located in the ditch.

Main works of the project:

Surveying: An accurate survey of the route was carried out to ensure the correct location of communications and the efficiency of the work process.

Adding a drainpipe: A new drainpipe was installed using welding technology, which ensures the tightness of the joints

Laying geotextile: To ensure stability and protection against soil sedimentation, geotextile was laid in the ditch.

Adding and backfilling rubble: Crushed rubble was filled to provide the necessary drainage and support for the new drainpipe.

Backfilling of the slope: After the work was completed, the slope of the land was formed and strengthened.

Improvement works in Sweden (2023)

The project was implemented in 2023 in Täby, Sweden. Improvement project in the courtyard of an apartment building on a concrete slab. The total area of the project was 1340 m², and its goal was to create a functional, aesthetic and sustainable environment for the daily needs and recreation of the building residents. The construction project client is the project developer.

Main works of the project:

Green areas: Green areas were created in the courtyard to promote the presence of nature in the urban environment.

Walkways: High-quality paved walkways and ramps were created, providing easy access to all areas of the courtyard.

Recreation areas: Several areas with a modern look and functionality were installed. Benches with lighting, a barbecue area and a dining area under a pergola.

Rainwater drainage: A rainwater drainage system and gutters were built throughout the courtyard.

Edging: Welding and installation of modern corten metal edgings 550 m long.

Walls: Formwork and concreting of 25m of concrete wall. Installation of L-shaped concrete elements.

Insulation: Installation of foam plastic in an area of 600 m2.
